Why it is easy to install?

There is no need of the glue adhesive. After cleaning the floor and ensure there is no dust and dirt, and then it prompts to installation. Just specify the center of the room and measure for a right angle, now one can peel and stick the carpet tiles.

Is there having a limitation?

The main issue is subfloor. The best subfloor is smooth concrete or troweled concrete because it is cheaper than other floor covering material. If a subfloor is stone tile, one should think about future cleaning any residue from carpet backing; however, it is easier than traditional glue.
